Uddannet kropsterapeut og træner
Jeg har klinik i Manuvision-huset på Frederiksberg og i Humlebæk.
Derudover underviser jeg i Manuvision-træning i Humlebæk og vikarierer på yogaskolen i Helsingør.
Når du kommer til en behandling, arbejder jeg med dit nervesystem og skaber ro, balance og løsner op for spændinger og smerter der kan stå i vejen for dig.
Der er mange grunde til at folk kommer til mig. Nogle af dem er smertelindring, stress, angst, tankemylder og uro i kroppen.

I am a trained ManuVision bodytherapist and trainer. I offer treatments in The Manuvision House in Copenhagen and in Humlebæk, North of Copenhagen.
I also teach a weekly class in ManuVision training and substitute at the Yogaschool of Helsingør.
When you come for a treatment, I work on calming your nervous system, loosening your tensions and create a deeper connection to yourself and your body.
From that, we work on what challenges you in your everyday life and the underlying reasons for your tensions and pain.
